I just realized that the the hat thing Ruki wore at Beat Shuffle,looks too much like the thing he's wearing in that picture of his that he posted in his blog back in December :p
I knew it reminded me something XD

lol...so I'm catching up with the Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro raw eps..and in episode 14 there was a gaijin character :p he was clearly voiced by a gaijin too..which was weird since most gaijin characters in anime are voiced by japanese seiyuu who make their accent weird :p
so the thing was his voice was reaaaaaaaally familiar for a reason...so I checked the credits at the end of the episode and the name of the guy rang a bell straight away XD パトリック　ハーラン
