Arghhh!
What am I gonna do with the whole mp3 player issue? orz I'm between iPod Nano and *insert a Sony walkman here* after some research for prices and reading reviews.
Truth to be told,I like the iPod more design-wise. But there were some points in some reviews that made me wary. Like, that the sound quality is not that great. *any owners here to confirm/deny?* I don't know if it's like that, but I used to have a not-so-great-sound problem with PSP a few years back when I was using it as an mp3 player. The sound even at full volume was too way too low. The problem,as it turns out, was because of PSP's default earphones; which when they "died" I replaced with regular Sony earphones(with bass boost) and the sound was more than great. So if iPod has similar "problems",I hate to say it but Sony's Clear Audio technology sounds really tempting. :p
Couple of more things that I may not find so appealing on the iPod is the camera and the radio. :p I don't like taking videos(btw VGA? in the HD era? srsly? :p and the thing apparently doesn't take still photos D:) so I will probably not use that feature and who the hell listens to radio nowadays? D: So paying such hefty price for a few unnecessary things makes me skeptical. Also I didn't find a clear opinion about video playback anywhere. :| I know iPods play mp4 files, but if I,for example, put this on it will it play normally and with no problems?
3rdly? XD Loading songs/media into the device. iTunes vs Drag 'n' Drop? come on. :p But...Cover Flow >>>>>>>>>>>>>> random 2D/3D interface. Also iPod's "playing screen" puts down all of Sony's models w/o even trying. :p ...although how come iPod supports WAV but not WMA? :p *shakes head*
So there you go..iPod's all pretty (and I always, always wanted one T^T) but has a few drawbacks, whereas Sony's mp3 player's Clear Audio sounds too good, drag 'n' drop is the way but most (if not all) the models are average looking(if not ugly);strictly talking about mp3/mp4 players(so USB types are out of the picture :p). And I do want something relatively "nice looking" this time... orz aksjdhk damn I need to decide soon..Today was the first day I went out without the mp3 player and God, if it sucked walking around with nothing on my ears. >_<
First exam today and I think I did well. Well..I only need 1.2 credits to pass D: if I don't manage to take it, I may as well..idk :p Retire? XD To be continue studying for tomorrow now~ /o/ And hope for the best as always. :p
Jun's Kose CM turned out part amusing-part creepy lol. XD I may just love it! XDD And now let's all collectively send e-hugs to the cameraman who got these eye closeups in the press conference! *o* Damn man,why so pretty? &hearts
